    The form will give us the information we need to handle your call faster, by staff trained for your specific compliance questions.

  • After ARB has mailed a letter or other material.

To receive a call back fill out the Diesel Hotline Assistance Form or you may contact us at 1-866-6Diesel (1-866-634-3735). As the deadlines get closer the call volumes will increase and your call may go to our voicemail system. We recommend that you submit the form so that we can serve you faster.

    The hotline:
  • Has a 24-hour voicemail system.
  • Operators can answer questions in English, Spanish and Punjabi.
  • Calls are answered between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.
