Change in order of Board Agenda, Thursday September 20, 2012
The order of the items listed in the Board agenda for the Board meeting on Thursday September 20, 2012 has been changed.
The “AB32 Update” item will now be the last public item on the agenda, and will be presented to the Board starting no earlier than 11:00 a.m. PDT. Public testimony will be heard following the staff presentation and will continue after the lunch break.
If you wish to provide a written comment on this item please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on Wednesday, September 19 2012. If you wish to speak to the Board about this item, please sign up at the Board hearing with the Clerk of the Board. Request-to-Speak cards are located outside the Board room.
Note: The new first item of the agenda (“Amendments to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting….and the Cap and Trade Regulation”) is only a technical fix providing clarifying language to an existing regulation related to how facilities report their greenhouse gas emissions.
