You're Invited! Please join us to review the latest in New Technology Diesel Engines at a special outdoor technology showcase event scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012 in Sacramento, CA from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

From
commercial trucks to farm tractors, marine vessels and construction
equipment, diesel engines power technologies which play a significant
role in key sectors of California’s economy, contributing over $13
billion annually. New Technology Diesel Engines of all kinds now
incorporate the latest in emissions control technology and have
near-zero emissions and play a key role in helping meet California’s
future clean air and greenhouse gas reduction goals.

What is the Clean Diesel Technology Showcase?
The
“New Technology Diesel – Clean Air for California” Showcase is a
street-side outdoor public event adjacent to the Cal/EPA headquarters
building (HQ) on 11th Street in Sacramento, between H and I Streets.
The display will include New Technology Diesel vehicles, engines and
equipment, technical engine stand displays and related
information. Agricultural tractors, construction machines and
equipment, commercial trucks, pick-up trucks, clean diesel cars, as
well as engines used in marine and power generation, will all be
featured and display the latest in low-emissions clean diesel
technology.
ARB Research Seminar: On the morning of the event, (Tuesday, February 28) from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) is hosting an ARB Research Seminar on diesel health research which will occur inside the ARB.

Press Conference: A press conference is scheduled for 11:30 am outside under the tent within the Showcase and will feature representatives from CARB, DTF, EMA as well as senior executives from leading clean diesel OEMs.
