Felicia Marcus, Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Director, Region IX, will make a presentation at the El Monte meeting and Dave Howecamp, EPA Region IX Chief Air Officer, is the representative at the Sacramento forum. Specifically, the USEPA representatives will discuss the scientific studies and processes used to review its health-based air quality standards.
These forums will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed EPA standards.
