Statewide Attainment Strategy Symposium
SACRAMENTO -- The Air Resources Board (ARB) is hosting a one-day public symposium on the development of the State Implementation
Plans as follows:
October 12, 2006

The ARB and local air pollution control districts are developing plans for California to meet new federal air
quality standards for ozone and airborne fine particles (PM2.5). The symposium will allow the public to participate
and to comment on the options to further reduce emissions and attain the federal 8-hour ozone and PM2.5 standards.
Each session will conclude with a question and answer period.
