ARB to Hold Environmental Justice Workshops
LOS ANGELES -- Thursday, November 15, the California Environmental Protection Agency's Air Resources Board
(ARB) will hold a public meeting to review proposed Environmental Justice Policies and Actions.

The goal of these policies and actions is to ensure the fair treatment of people of all races, cultures, and
incomes with respect to environmental laws and practices. For these policies to address the concerns
of all Californians, we need to hear from everyone!
The Air Resources Board is a department of the California Environmental Protection Agency. ARB’s
mission is to promote and protect public health, welfare and ecological resources through effective reduction
of air pollutants while recognizing and considering effects on the economy. The ARB oversees all
air pollution control efforts in California to attain and maintain health based air quality standards.
