The attached policy and procedures describe the ARB Forms Management Program and defines the roles and responsibilities of the ARB Forms Management Coordinator and the assigned Division Forms Management Coordinators. Whenever possible, STD forms are to be used instead of creating new forms. If an agency creates an electronic version or modifies a STD form it must meet specific criteria as defined in the attached policy and procedure.
