Persons with Disabilities Program

The Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) provides that qualified persons with disabilities shall not be excluded from participation, denied benefits, or be subjected to discrimination. This includes making public facilities accessible for persons with disabilities.
