On January 24, 2013, the Air Resources Board (ARB) approved the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) 2012 PM2.5 Plan. The Plan sets out the strategy to attain the federal 2006 24-hour PM2.5 standard of 35 g/m3 by 2019.  The District adopted a Supplemental Document to the 2012 PM2.5 Plan on September 18, 2014, which was considered and approved by the ARB at a public meeting held on October 24, 2014.  The 2014 updates to transportation conformity budgets for the San Joaquin Valley will be considered by the ARB at a public meeting to be held on November 20, 2014.
