2012 SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY PM2.5 ATTAINMENT PLAN

On November 13, 2009, EPA designated the SJV, along with other areas in the Country, as nonattainment for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 standard. 74 FR 58688. California is now required to submit a plan by December 14, 2012 demonstrating attainment of the 35 µg/m 24-hour standard.
On April 27, 2012, the Air Resources Board held a technical symposium on the scientific basis of the air quality modeling being conducted for the San Joaquin Valley 2012 PM2.5 Plan. The symposium was held via videoconference and webcast. A link to the webcast video is available below.
