2003 East Kern County Ozone Attainment Demonstration, Maintenance Plan, and Redesignation Request

On January 9, 2003, the Eastern Kern County Air Pollution Control District (EKAPCD) adopted the East Kern Ozone Attainment Demonstration, Maintenance Plan and Redesignation Request for the East Kern County nonattainment area. On May 1, 2003, the EKAPCD Board adopted amendments to the January 2003 plan. On December 9, 2003, ARB adopted and submitted the amended plan to U.S. EPA .
