2014 Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Analysis and Negative Declaration

The Feather River Air Quality Management District recently adopted the 2014 Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Analysis and Negative Declaration (2014 RACT SIP).  ARB submitted the 2014 RACT SIP to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) as a revision to the California SIP.

2012 Yuba City-Marysville Planning Area PM2.5 Maintenance Plan and Redesignation Request

At a public meeting held on April 25, 2013, the Board approved the Redesignation Request/Maintenance Plan as a revision to the State SIP and submitted this Plan to U.S. EPA on May 23, 2013.  Minor updates were approved by the Board at a public meeting on February 20, 2014 and submitted to U.S. EPA on March 25, 2014.  The Final Rule redesignating the Yuba City-Marysville Planning Area was published in the Federal Register on December 9, 2014, and will become effective on January 8, 2015.
