2009 1997 8-Hour Ozone Modified Air Quality Management Plan and Reasonably Available Control Technology SIP
At a public meeting held on November 18, 2010, the Air Resources Board approved the Imperial County 2009 1997 8-Hour Ozone Modified Air Quality Management Plan and 2009 Reasonably Available Control Technology State Implementation Plan. In 2009, U.S. EPA determined that the County attained the 1997 8-hour ozone standard. The following links connect to submittal letters, public notice, ARB staff report and the final ozone plan.
