Below you will find links to the 2007 8-hour Ozone Plan and the 2004 1-hour Ozone plan and associated documents such as: letters submitting the plans to ARB and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, resolutions, staff reports, and public hearing notices. This page also contains a link to the 2008 Ozone Early Progress Plan.

2007 8-hour Ozone Plan
At a public hearing held on June 26, 2008, the Air Resources Board (ARB) approved the Ventura County Air Quality Management Plan for attaining the Federal 8-hour Ozone standard. The plan projects attainment for the standard by 2013.

2004 1-Hour Ozone Plan
In April 2004, the ARB submitted the 1-hour Ozone plan to United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) for approval.
