South Coast Air Quality Management District
2003 Air Quality Management Plan
and
2003 Coachella Valley PM10 SIP


On October 23, 2003, ARB approved the South Coast Air Quality Management District's (District) 2003 Air Quality Management Plan (2003 AQMP). The 2003 AQMP contains on-road motor vehicle emissions budgets for several criteria pollutants. Upon a budget adequacy finding by U.S. EPA, these budgets must be used in transportation conformity determinations.
