San Joaquin Valley Air Basin 2004
Extreme Ozone Attainment Demonstration Plan
This page updated January 5, 2005.
The motor vehicle emissions budgets listed and documented below
represent the proposed 2004 Extreme Ozone Attainment Demonstration Plan (Ozone Plan) budgets, along with supporting
materials submited to U.S. EPA for approval. Note that the Ozone Plan establishes subarea budgets for
2008 and 2010 which cover the eight county San Joaquin Valley federal nonattainment area.
The SJVAPCD has released the proposed Ozone Plan for public review and comment. The Ozone Plan contains
motor vehicle emissions budgets for 2008 and 2010. Upon a budget adequacy finding by U.S. EPA, these
budgets must be used in transportation conformity determinations.
