Public Workshop -- January 19, 2007

The California Air Resources Board invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss proposed changes to the Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) Regulation and the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Diesel-Fueled Portable Engines. The public workshop will be held in Sacramento at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building on Friday, January 19, 2007 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The workshop will also be broadcast via the Internet and audio teleconferenced. Interested parties will be able to monitor the meeting and submit comments or questions via e-mail.



OAL Approved Emergency Amendments

The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved emergency amendments to ARB's Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Regulation, the Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Diesel-Fueled Portable Engines, and the Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Stationary Compression-Ignition Engines. The emergency regulations were filed with the Secretary of State on December 27, 2006 and will be effective for a period not to exceed 120 days.



Board Hearing - December 7, 2006

The Board adopted emergency changes to the Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) Regulation, the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) for Diesel Fueled Portable Engines, and the ATCM for Stationary Compression-Ignition Engines.

Public Consultation Meeting - November 20, 2006

The California Air Resources Board (ARB/Board) invites you to participate in a public consultation meeting to discuss proposed changes to ARB's Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program Regulation, Airborne Toxic Control Measure For Diesel-Fueled Portable Engines, and Airborne Toxic Control Measure for Stationary Compression-Ignition Engines that would be considered at the December 7, 2006 Board Hearing in Bakersfield.



Board Hearing - June 22, 2006

On June 22, 2006 the Board approved the proposed amendments to the Regulation for the Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program. The Regulation will become final upon Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approval.



Public Workshop - March 30, 2006 and April 4, 2006

ARB staff invite you to participate in a public workshop to discuss proposed changes to the PERP Regulation. The public workshop will be held in Sacramento at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building on March 30, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and in Southern California at the South Coast Air Quality Management District on April 4, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Sacramento workshop will be broadcast via the Internet. Interested parties will be able to monitor the meeting and submit comments or questions via e-mail.
