recently released a Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to the POLA
Port Air Quality Mitigation Program. The Port Air Quality
Mitigation Program is a five-year, $20 million program sponsored
by the POLA. This initial solicitation covers the first two
years
of the program for a total of $4.5 million. The primary purpose of this
program is to provide financial incentives to assist in the
implementation of projects that reduce air quality impacts
from
Port operations that affect the communities of San Pedro and
