| The Staff Report titled "Review of the California Ambient Air Quality Standard for Ozone" can be downloaded below. The report was prepared by the staff of the Air Resources Board (ARB) and the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) and contains findings and recommendations for revising the California standards for Ozone and establishing new California standards for Ozone. | |||||||||||
| The draft version of this Staff Report was released to the public on June 21, 2004 for public review and comment. The draft Staff Report was also reviewed by the Air Quality Advisory Committee, a scientific peer review committee, appointed by the University of California, to independently evaluate the scientific basis of staff findings and recommendations. | The recommendations discussed in the report were presented at a public hearing to consider amendments to the Ambient Air Quality Standard for Ozone on April 28, 2005, in El Monte, California. | |||||||||||
