The California Air Resources Board's Economics Program carries out economic studies in: 

Extramural Research Extramural research contracts in the areas of economic and financial impact assessments, economic projections, transportation studies, benefit and cost estimation, and market-based control strategies. 
Economic Modeling ToolsA number of modeling tools for economic analysis on statewide climate change and air pollution control policies.
