AB 1173 INDOOR AIR QUALITY REPORT

WORKSHOP VIDEO

On July 27, 2004, the Air Resources Board held a public workshop in Sacramento to discuss the draft Report on Indoor Air Pollution in California. A video recording of that workshop is now available.

The Video File is in Windows Media Player format. To have the Windows Media Player (wmv) file play from the link below, you will need to use a Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher browser, Windows Media Player 9 and a computer with a 500 MHz or faster processor for smooth playback. If you need Windows Media Player, click here to download it.

NOTE:

Those who are using a slow connection to the internet (e.g., 56k modem) and older versions of software may experience problems such as extremely long transfer times and "choppiness" due to the large size of the file and rate of transfer of the information.

If you don't have Windows Media Player or Microsoft Internet Explorer and want to try an alternate approach, one of the following may work:

	If you have a media player that can play the Window's Media Player format, open it and copy the following address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/carbis/research/indoor/ab1173/20040727.wmv, then go to "file/open url" and paste it in the location box, and hit 'enter'. Depending on the media player you are using and the settings, you may have to click on a 'play' button to begin the video.
	You may also download the entire video in zipped format (330 MB) to your hard drive. (The zipped format file is provided below.) Once the download is complete you will need to unzip the file. Go to Windows Explorer and double-click on the file to begin the unzipping process. Follow the instructions for unzipping the file. If the file does not unzip, check your programs to be sure that you have software to unzip the file. Once the file is unzipped, go to Window's Explorer, find the unzipped file and double-click on the file.

	If you have Netscape Communicator 4.8 or higher, you may also copy the following address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/carbis/research/indoor/ab1173/20040727.wmv then paste it in the location bar and hit 'enter'.
	If you are still unable to view the video, please contact your own IT department to verify that the minimum systems and software requirements are met.
