Nature The Cal/EPA Environmental Impact Report/Statement (EIR/EIS) collection is made up of EIR/EIS Notice of Preparation (NOP), Negative Declaration, and other submissions to Cal/EPA dealing with environmental documents prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). These documents are available for inspection in the Cal/EPA Public Library, located on the second floor of the Cal/EPA building at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA. Hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Other sources for environmental documents include the State Clearinghouse website and the relevant counties.
