Title: Carbonaceous species methods comparison study at citrus college: analysis for trace hydrocarbons and related halocarbons in urban ambient air samples.
Principal Investigator / Author(s): Rasmussen, R A
Contractor: Oregon Graduate Center
Contract Number: A6-042-32
Research Program Area: Atmospheric Processes
Topic Areas: Ambient Air Quality Stds, Field Studies, Monitoring
Abstract:
To collect ambient air samples over time-weighted periods of four to eight hours in internally electropolished stainless steel containers. The data obtained from the analysis of these samples were for the support of the Carbonaceous Species Methods Comparison Study at Citrus College between August 11 and August 21, 1986. The species measured included CO, CH4, CO2, H2, and the C2 through C10 hydrocarbons. In addition, N20, F-12, F-11, F-113, CHCl3, CH3CCl3, CCl4, C2HCl3 and C2Cl4 halocarbons were measured.
