This book contains tabulations of survey data that were prepared by using the SPSS computer programs and were used to construct the tables in the main report. In addition, other data tabulations are included that were not used in the main report, but may be of general interest to certain readers. The normal SPSS print-outs contain statistical computations that may not apply to the case under consideration. For this data book, these inapplicable computations have been deleted to avoid confusing the reader.

The following page contains a guide that shows the print-outs that were used to develop each table in the main report. Data sources are also given for these tables that were not derived from SPSS printouts.

A data tape containing the complete survey data, was provided to the ARB. Tabulations and data analyses that are not in this data book can be prepared directly from the tape.
