Purpose
To serve as a sounding board for the Title 17 working groups to: 1) deal with issues of mutual interest to the ARB and the California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA); 2) discuss the progress of the working groups; and 3) monitor and assist with air district smoke management program development

Tasks
Monitor the progress of the title 17 working groups; help coordinate sharing of information among working groups; set up quarterly liaison committee meetings; receive and review progress reports from working groups; make suggestions to working groups and ARB on product and process development needs, including stakeholder involvement; periodically report back to the Board on the program status.
