The staff's draft recommendations will be discussed in a public workshop at the following date, time, and location.
Date: Wednesday, March 7, 2001
Time: 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The draft recommendations were developed in consultation with the California Department of Food and Agriculture and in cooperation with the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission, and the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
The draft recommendations are available on the ARB's Rice Straw Supply website [http://www.arb.ca.gov/smp/rice/supply/supply.htm] for review and comment. To request printed copies, please contact Ms. Theresa Najita as noted below.
