The Office of
Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) assists the ARB
by developing the health assessment portion
of the TAC identification documents; reviews
facility risk assessments for the "Hot Spots"
Program; is developing new risk assessment guidelines for the
"Hot Spots" Program; and is the lead agency
for Proposition 65. |

Pesticide Regulation
|

pesticides are regulated in their pesticidal use by the Department
of Pesticide Regulation. |
