| The National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Surface Coating (MMMM) is a complex air rule that affected about 5,000 facilities nationwide, from large metal coating operations to small job shops, beginning in January 2007.
