The Air Resources Board (ARB) conducts workshops on the process of petitioning a hearing
board for a
variance.
This workshop offers crucial information regarding all aspects of the variance process,
including in-depth discussions on technical issues and the mandated requirements that will
take you from the initial petition, to board order, and to final compliance.
This workshop is also very beneficial to industry personnel, offering insight for how to
present their case to a hearing board. Workshop is taught by ARB variance oversight, legal
staff and experienced board members.
