Course 340, Gasoline Facilities Phase I and II Seminar

Course #340: As of April 1st 2009 13,000 Gas stations were required to have one of the four CARB certified vapor recovery systems installed. This two day seminar presents a complete overview of the gasoline vapor recovery program. The history, certification, and testing requirements are presented. Executive orders, state laws including revisions to the equipment defects list, and permit requirements are discussed. The operational theory, the equipment certified, and installation & compliance inspections are all discussed. Participants will also conduct field inspections at both a balance and an assist station. In-Station Diagnostics (ISD) will be discussed.
