OPW Phase I Executive Order VR-102-A

Executive Order VR-102-A was resubmitted and signed on October 10, 2002. This document includes two minor changes:

    A footnote was added to Exhibit 1 to clarify that the OPW/Pomeco 511 series designation includes the 1-2100 series, the 1C-2100 series and the 1SC-2100 series spill containers. This does not add any new equipment that was not previously included; this only clarifies that certified components are contained in the OPW/Pomeco 511 series.

    Subsection 5.6 of Exhibit 5, page 5, incorrectly referred to Figure 4 (there is no Figure 4) and now correctly refers to Figure 3.

The signature date on page 3 was changed from September 26 to October 10, 2002. There are no other changes to the Executive Order. The original certification date of September 26, 2002, remains unchanged.
