Meeting to Consider Approval of the Proposed State Implementation Plan
Revision for the Federal Lead Standard |

Staff
will present to the Board for approval a proposed State Implementation
Plan (SIP) revision that provides for attaining the federal lead
standard in the Los Angeles County nonattainment area. The
SIP
was adopted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District on May
4, 2012. Lead concentrations have been below the level of the
