| 97-5- 4 | Public Meeting to Consider Proposals for the Air Resources Board
s Innovative Clean Air Technologies Program
This is the third year of the ICAT program. The status of eight ongoing projects will be reviewed. Two representatives from two contractors will discuss their technologies. Subsequently, four proposals for funding will be described, and resolutions to fund them will be presented. The four proposals presented for consideration by the Board are (1) Hybrid Electric Prototype Truck (HEPT) Project, by ISE Research; (2) Low Combustion Gas Turbine Field Demonstration, by Catalytica Combustion Systems, Inc.; (3) Radial and Thrust Gas Bearing for Fuel Cell Turbocharger, by Meruit, Inc.; and (4) Application Demonstration for Dual Stage Biofilter for Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW s), by the Reynolds Group. |

Although no formal Board action may be taken, the Board is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the public to address the Board on items of interest that are within the Board’s jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda. Each person will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak.
