The Proposed Amendments to the California Consumer Products Regulation and Test Method 310 (Staff Report) have been posted to the website:

The proposal will be presented to the Air Resources Board at the Board Hearing scheduled for May 25. 2018.

Should you have comments on the proposed regulations, please submit them to the Clerk of the Board at:

http://www.arb.ca.gov/lispub/comm/bclist.php.


The deadline for comments on this item is May 21, 2018 by  5 P.M..

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff has posted the presentation and the agenda for the January 17, 2018, workshop to discuss proposed amendments to the consumer products regulation pertaining to multi-purpose lubricant products.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff has posted materials for the public workshop on January 17, 2018. At the workshop staff will present a proposal to amend the Consumer Products Regulation to allow flexibility in meeting the 10 percent by weight VOC limit for Multi-purpose Lubricant.  Staff will also discuss administrative changes to CARB Test Method 310.

Workshop Notice:
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff will conduct a public workshop on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, to discuss a proposal to amend the Consumer Products Regulations to allow flexibility in meeting the 10 percent VOC limit for the multi-purpose lubricant.  Staff will also discuss administrative changes to CARB Test Method 310.

The Air Resources Board staff will conduct a public workshop on Thursday, October 12, 2017, to discuss the results of staff's technical assessment for multi-purpose lubricants. Staff will also discuss a proposal to amend the Consumer Products Regulations to allow flexibility in meeting the 10 percent VOC limit for the multi-purpose lubricant.
