RULE 1183
OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF (OCS) AIR REGULATIONS

(Adopted March 12, 1993)

The provisions of Part 55, Title 40, of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) are adopted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (District) and made part of the Rules and Regulations of the District.

All OCS sources located within 25 miles of the State's seaward boundary and for which the District has been designated as the corresponding onshore area (COA) shall comply with the standards, criteria, and requirements set forth herein. This rule incorporates the following Provisions of 40 CFR 55:
