RULE 206. Monitoring Facilities.
A. A person operating or using any article, machine equipment or
other contrivance which may cause the issuance of air
contaminants, or the use of which may eliminate, reduce, or
control the issuance of air contaminants, shall, upon written
notice from the Air Pollution Control Officer, install and
maintain in good working order and operation, monitoring
devices that will determine and record the nature, extent,
quantity or degree of air contaminants discharged into the
atmosphere by such article, machine, equipment or other
contrivance.
B. The records of the data obtained from the monitoring devices
specified in paragraph A above shall be kept for a period of
two years and shall be made available, upon request, to the
Air Pollution Control Officer.
C. A person operating a monitoring device specified in paragraph
A above shall, upon written notice from the Air Pollution
Control Officer, periodically provide a summary of the data in
the form prescribed by the Air Pollution Control Officer.
