RULE 1002 - CALIFORNIA AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURES (ATCMS)
(Adopted 9/14/99)

A. Incorporation of California Standards
The provisions of the Final Regulation Orders listed below, as contained in the California Code of Regulations, are incorporated herein as part of the Rules and Regulations of the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District

B. Applicability
The owner or operator of any stationary source for which a standard is prescribed under this rule shall comply with the standards, criteria, and requirements set forth herein. Whenever any source is subject to more than one rule, regulation, provision or requirement relating to the control of any air contaminant, the most stringent provision shall apply.

C. "District"
For the purpose of this rule, the word "District" as used in the Final Regulation Orders shall mean the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District.
