The purpose of this Rule is to establish provisions that specify that permits are non-transferable except by the District. | |

The provisions of this Rule shall apply to all District Permit holders. | |

3.1 | Permits are Non-Transferable |
An Authority to Construct or Permit to Operate shall not be transferable, by operation of law or otherwise, either from one location to another, from one piece of equipment to another, or from one person to another, except as allowed for by District Rule 300. |
