100 GENERAL
  101 PURPOSE: To recover the costs associated with petitions to the Hearing Board.
  102 APPLICABILITY: The provisions of this rule apply to all portions of Placer County.
  103 EXEMPTIONS: The Air Pollution Control Officer shall not be required to pay the fees
specified in Section 301 of this rule.
200 DEFINITIONS (NOT INCLUDED)
300 STANDARDS
  301 HEARING BOARD FEES: Every applicant or petitioner, to the Hearing Board for a variance
or for the extension, revocation or modification of a variance, or for an appeal from a
denial or conditional approval of an Authority to Construct or a Permit to Operate, shall
pay a fee per petition of:

  302 TRANSCRIPT FEES: Any person requesting a transcript of a hearing shall pay $30.00 per
hour for preparing the transcript.
