RULE 5100 - PLACE OF HEARING
(Adopted May 21, 1992, Amended December 17, 1992)

1.0 Requirements

Except for emergency variances, all hearings shall be held in an open public meeting at a place readily accessible to the public and as designated by the Hearing Board.
