RULE 4623 - STORAGE OF ORGANIC LIQUIDS

(Adopted April 11, 1991, Amended September 19, 1991, Amended December 17, 1992)

1.0 Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to limit VOC emissions from the storage of organic liquids.

2.0 Applicability

This rule applies to equipment used to store organic liquids, including crude oil and petroleum distillates, with a true vapor pressure of greater than 1.5 psia.
