RULE 412 - AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURES
(Adopted 9/23/98)

  1. INCORPORATION OF AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURES: The provisions of Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations (17 CCR) and Part 63, Chapter I, Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR Part 63), which are listed in Section C and in effect on September 23, 1998, are incorporated herein as part of the Rules and Regulations of the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District.
  2. APPLICABILITY: All new stationary sources of air pollution, and all modified or reconstructed stationary sources of air pollution shall comply with the standards, criteria, and requirements set forth herein. Whenever any source is subject to more than one rule, regulation, provision, or requirement relating to the control of any air contaminant, the most stringent provision shall apply.
  3. LIST OF INCORPORATED AIRBORNE TOXIC CONTROL MEASURES:  The following table lists all 17 CCR and 40 CFR Part 63 provisions which are incorporated in their entirety as part of this Rule.
