Domistyle, Inc. Case Settles for $36,000.00

On December 4, 2012, a Consumer Products case was settled with Domistyle for selling and/or supplying non-compliant air fresheners. These reed diffusor type air freshening products contributed 1.5 tons excess Volatile Organic Compounds ( VOC ) emissions by exceeding the 18% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Air Fresheners: Liquid/pump sprays specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). Domistyle is making payments totaling $36,000 to settle this case.
