MGK Case Settles for $4,500

On April 7, 2010 a case was settled with MGK for selling non-compliant Attack-All Multi-Purpose Broad Spectrum Control subject to the 15 percent by weight volatile organic compound limit for aerosol crawling bug insecticide, effective December 31, 2004, Title 17, of the Consumer Products Regulation.  From 2006 through 2008, 4,076 units of the Attack-All insecticide were sold into California.  MGK paid a settlement of $4,500 to settle the case.
