TSM Transportation Inc. Case Settles for $675

TSM Transportation Inc. will pay $675.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $338.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality; $337.00 will go to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District School Bus Retrofit Project to retrofit school buses throughout California with diesel emission control strategies. This settlement was finally executed on May 1, 2017.

In 2016, Enforcement Division initiated an investigation of TSM Transportation Inc. from the Smart Audit list. The investigation revealed that TSM Transportation Inc. had failed to include the Disclosure of Regulation Applicability on the bill of sales, contract addendums, or invoices, in violation of 13 CCR 2025(w). To settle the case, TSM Transportation Inc. has agreed to the $675.00 penalty and to comply with the Truck and Bus regulation and other ARB applicable regulations.
