Vectra Enterprises, Inc. Case Settles for $11,250

On June 1, 2010, a case was settled with Vectra Enterprises, Inc. for selling non- compliant Vectra Spray into California that exceeded the volatile organic compound (VOC) limit for footwear or leather care products (all other forms). The Vectra Spray also, did not have the date of manufacture or a code indicating such a date displayed on the container as required in Section 94512 (b) Administrative Requirements, Product Dating.  Vectra Enterprises, Inc. will pay a settlement of $11,250 to settle the case.
