This page last reviewed March 27th, 2013.

White Arrow LLC agreed to pay $50,700 in penalties for violating diesel program regulations; $38,025 will go to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $12,675 will go to the Peralta Colleges Foundation. This settlement was reached in March 2013.

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that White Arrow violated the drayage regulation by dispatching noncompliant trucks to intermodal rail yards in 2011 and 2012. White Arrow was also in violation of the PSIP program for failure to test trucks in 2010 and 2011 and the ECL regulation for failure to have emission control labels on some of their heavy duty diesel vehicles. To settle this case, White Arrow agreed to the $50,700 penalty and to comply with all Air Resources Board regulations.
