The mission of ARB's Enforcement Program is to protect the environment and public health and provide safe, clean air to all Californians by reducing emissions of air contaminants through the fair, consistent and comprehensive enforcement of air pollution laws, and by providing training and compliance assistance. Enforcement Policy Updates

CARB’s Enforcement Policy is scheduled to be reviewed by the Board on September 28, 2017.  The 30-day public comment period on the draft policy is between August 25th and September 25th.  To submit written comments in advance of the Board meeting, go to: http://www.arb.ca.gov/lispub/comm/bclist.php.  Please click here for more information.
