Public Comments on Tier 2 Fuel Pathway Applications

This page last reviewed  October 13, 2017

Pursuant to section 95488(c)(5)(H) of the LCFS regulation, Tier  2 fuel pathway applications are posted to this web page for public comment once staff has deemed them to be complete. Comments on each posted application are accepted for ten (10) business days. Comments identifying potential factual or methodological errors in an application will be forwarded to the applicant. All other comments will be discarded. Upon receiving valid comments, applicants must either correct the errors identified and submit a revised application packet reflecting those corrections, or submit a detailed written response to the Executive Officer explaining why no revisions are necessary.

How to Submit a Comment

1. For each comment, please include in the comment subject line the specific fuel pathway name. For example: "Comments for Used Cooking Oil (UCO) to Biodiesel (T2N-1192)". For an application with multiple fuel pathways, please submit a separate comment for each pathway.

2. Comments for the specific application are due on the deadline shown.
