June 20, 2013 Public Workshops to discuss the refinery-specific incremental deficit option and low-complexity/low-energy-use refinery provisions. During the workshops, we will discuss regulatory changes for the LCFS regulation and solicit stakeholder feedback.

March 5, 2013 The first LCFS Regulatory Amendments Workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2013 to discuss proposed amendments to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) regulation and a workshop to discuss revisions to the Oil Production Greenhouse Gas Emissions Estimator (OPGEE) Model.

February 12, 2013 The next Low Carbon Fuel Standard Sustainability Workgroup meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 12, 2013.  A tentative agenda includes a speaker presentation on the Catchlight Energy project and continuing discussions on the practical implementation of sustainability provisions.  The Catchlight Energy project's mission is to commercialize the large-scale production of liquid transportation fuels from forest-based resources.
