| Comment | Please note that we need to dramatically reduce our CO2 levels in CA. Thus, I am writing you to reduce them much more that the amounts allowed in the proposed legislation. Now is the time we can make a huge difference and it will save us our population's health and our state's (tax) money if we look down a clearer road! Thank you |
